Dr. Michael A. Murphy

Dr. Michael A. Murphy is President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. He is also Vice President at American Healthcare Capital. He previously held healthcare consultant positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers Healthcare Advisory and Milliman Inc., consulting with payers and providers. He was a biomedical researcher at the Middlesex and University College Medical School, Oxford University and University of California, San Diego, in which capacities he conducted primary research in mitochondrial degenerative, muscular, neurological and psychiatric diseases. He practiced medicine including endocrinolgy, surgery, oncology, emergency room, psychiatry and family practice. Dr. Murphy completed his medical education at Trinity College Dublin and obtained an M.Sc. in Neurochemistry from The Institute of Psychiatry, King's College London.

Ms. Mary Ann Scott

​

Mary Ann Scott is a Director of the Company.  She is the Managing Partner at Healthcare Industry Research, an M&A buyside advisory firm in the healthcare sector in San Diego, CA.  She previously held positions as Founder, SignWear Inc; VP Product Management, College Loan Corporation; VP Business Development, Telepartner International; CEO & COO Fitforall; Director Worldwide Customer Engineering, Quantum Corporation; Director Global Customer Service, Quantum Corporation, Worldwide Services Logistics Quality, Strategic Quality, Digital Equipment Corporation.  Her roles have included new product introduction, strategic / operational quality, product management, logistics, development of revenue and financial plans for start-ups, raising venture financing, development of merger and acquisition deals including pre and post transaction integration consulting.  She has also served as an Examiner and Board Member, Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Awards.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, cum laude from Boston College and a Masters in Business Administration from Simmons College in Boston Massachusetts.

Ms. Joanna M. Solowski

Ms. Joanna M. Solowski is a Director of the Company. Ms. Solowski is Vice President at CIT Group. She has held positions as Vice-President/Senior Analyst, Moody’s Investors Service; Director/Senior Credit Risk Officer and Director/Sector Head, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein LLC, New York;Vice-President/Global Credit Risk Management, Dresdner Bank, New York Branch; Vice-President and Team Leader, Rabobank Nederland; Assistant Vice-President, Capital Markets Group, The Sumitomo Bank Limited, New York; Assistant Vice-President, Portfolio Management/Credit, BaII Banking Corporation, New York; Assistant Treasurer, French American Banking Corporation (BNP), New York; Credit Analyst/Management Trainee, Bankers Trust Company, Albany, NY. She completed her B.S. Biology at Cornell University, M.S. Information Systems and Graduate School of Business Administration, Advanced Professional Certificate in Corporate Taxation at Pace University, and M.B.A. Finance (Honors), - Beta Gamma Sigma Honorary and requisite accounting coursework for CPA certification in New York State at New York University, Graduate School of Business Administration.
